Buttercream Floral Cupcake Classes

Penelope is now hosting floral cupcake classes in the stunning town of Burford in the beautiful Cotswolds. She'll teach the art of perfect buttercream and students practice piping floral designs. Each seasonal class will have its own unique theme.
